My female Pitbull has a hip problem & she's rather rambunctious. I gave her one cookie as soon as I received them and WOW!!!! Within 30 minutes she was calm and actually moving around off the couch. I highly recommend these to anyone with a fur baby! I will be getting this product again.
Hello! I just wanted to let you know how much I love these treats. I rescued my old lady, Jojo, from a shelter at 13 1/2 years old. She was dumped after her owner went to prison. She is a almost completely deaf, her vision is starting to go, and she is on medication to control her old lady incontinence. I also think she has a bit of dementia since she makes her "rounds" of laps through the house every night. She's never been overly affectionate until just recently. I use CBD oil for my chronic pain and after reading a review on your sight about a gentleman who helped his dog through the last 9 months with dementia and pain, I thought it can't hurt to try Jojo on them! From day one I saw a difference in her. She was more steady on her feet, getting up and down was easier, she seemed happier and my favorite part is that instead of going straight to her dog bed in my room she started choosing the one next to my couch and wanting to be loved on every night. She is more social then she has been in the last year that I've had her and asks everyone in the house for loves every evening. It is a night and day difference for her. Thank you making such a wonderful option for us that want our dogs to have an easier transition into old age and all the lovely side affects that come with it. I am ordering her more today since we are almost out!
Thank you! -Amanda and Jojo
My dog Dodger has been suffering seizures due to Epilepsy since he was 1 1/2 years old. He started on Phenobarbital with the doses increasing to the point that he's on the max. In Aug. 2016 after a hospitalization he was given Keppra 3 times a day. Things were fine for 8 weeks then he had cluster seizures and was in the hospital. We were told if he came home he'd be on a 3rd seizure medication. Each time it takes him up to 2 weeks to fully recover from the effects of all the drugs. Zonisamide was added and we took him home. We discussed his quality of life with our Vet and came to the decision not to add a 4th drug if he has another episode. I knew that if his body got use to the Zonisamide it was just a matter of time before the seizures would come back. Desperate for an alternative I found Treatibles and decided to give them a try . I gave him 3 large treats the first day but have since gone down to between 2-3. He's 95 lbs but since he's on medications I experimented a little and I really believe it's working for him. 2016 was a terrible year. 3 hospital stays and the seizures getting worse each time. I was never so happy to celebrate a new year. We have just gone 11 weeks seizure free, the longest period in a year. It's been 4 weeks since he started Treatibles daily and I'm so pleased with the results. While he's never been very athletic, Dodger now loves to chase the birds in a field by our house. Before Treatibles he never ran so this is a big deal. Treatibles smell amazing and Dodger loves both flavors. Thanks to Treatibles I am optimistic about Dodgers future.
Okay, a play on an old commercial but I didn't think Max the Mighty Greyhound would like these treats because he's so picky but he loved them! Stood by the treat jar and stared at it, hoping we would give in and possibly feed him another one. He hasn't taken long enough to see if it is helping his arthritis.
I started my BMD, H, on 2 chews, once daily to help with reactivity. She would jump on and 'hump' her mother, R, when H was excited, several times a day. This wasn't a problem, as R didn't mind, but when R's x-rays showed arthritis, I decided that I wanted the behaviour to stop. Training helped a bit, but H would still do the humping when overly stimulated. The same day that I started the chews the behaviour stopped. This was two weeks ago. Since then, H has started a hump two or three times, but stopped when requested. I have been able to decrease to 1 1/2 Treatibles once daily and the reactivity has not recurred.
He loves them and they seem to be working.
Thank you so much for making such a special product. Our bloodhound Bella loves the blueberry snacks. Incredibly the hemp product is shrinking some fatty tumors! Merry Christmas.
Thank you so much for making such an special product! First, my bloodhound Bella loves the blueberry snacks. And even more incredibly, I believe the hemp is reducing some fatty tumors Bella has on her body. Wonderful. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
I have the best little girl any pet owner could have. she is an 11 yr old blue nose staffordshire bull terrier. she is now showing signs of arthritis in her from right paw and her left front elbow. like any good pet owner, she is my baby, so money is not an issue in getting her treatment. of everything I have tried, and all her vet prescriptions, with treatables she has shown the best and quickest response. she has a limp, due to the arthritis limiting her leg to straighten out. I give her 3 adult treats in the morning and in 20 minutes she is ready to go for her walk. at noon she comes running around the house ready to go for a walk again. I encourage everyone to give these "magic cookies" a try. you will see a difference in your baby as I did.
We decided to try treatibles for our Lab/Shepherd mix to help with his seizures. So far we're on week three and there hasn't been any episodes. We're going to stay with it and keep our fingers crossed :)
This product works great. Once and awhile my doberman has to much energy, this works wonders when I have stuff to do and can't give him attention.
We have been giving our dog the require amount for his weight
It appears to be helping him, he's walking and running a little better.
Got these for some stress related issues and the work wonders. Also plan on using them for a cross country trip just in case.
Sent some to my daughter to try with her cat and anxiety issues since she moved him across country.
My boxer girl has cancer and these treats make her comfy and helped her appetite. Thank you for helping
Our large 14-year-old dog has been eating the blueberry treats for 3 months and there is a definite difference in when he has his treat and when he doesn't. It seems to improve his appetite and he is more comfortable. His hind quarters do not drop as quickly while he stands and he is able to take longer walks. I highly recommend this product. It has made a huge difference in the quality of his life.
My 12 year old pug has arthritis in her lower back requiring her to take a few prescriptions to ease her pain- while the prescriptions worked, Mia lost a lot of her personality. Almost as soon as she began taking Treatibles the "old Mia" came back- spunky and sassy. I am so thankful we found this product! It's been life changing for us.
We rescued Augie, our adult shih tzu from the shelter a sveral years ago, and he's been plagued with separation anxiety for most of that time. When we are gone, he is inconsolable and destructive. The vet put him on 10mg per day of prozac which helped, but turned him into a bit of a zombie. While on prozac, he would most sit staring into space or sleep. We started him on Treatibles about a month ago and cut the prozac dosage in half. After two weeks we eliminated prozac and are just giving him his "special treat" every night at bedtime. What a difference - he's a new dog. Now he's very happy and playful with our other dog, and has become quite affectionate to us humans. He doesn't seem to have the anxiety issues any more. With Treatibles, Augie is the kind of dog we hoped he would be: a fun companion and active member of the household.
Lou has shown signs of emprovement in just one treatment.
My dog Pixie, a beagle/chihuahua mix, was recently diagnosed with canine epilepsy. She started having seizures once a month, then once a week, and I was afraid they would become even more frequent. The vet recommended that I try CBD for treatment. I bought from Treatibles because their products are lab-tested and I am happy to say that they have worked. Her seizures have stopped and it helps to take a worry off my mind.
I have tried numerous herbal solutions as well as building a 'ride den' to help my dog become calmer during car trips. This product is by far the most effective (combined with the ride den ;) ). My first try with the CBD dog treats was today. A) he loved the taste - gobbled them (3) up and wanted more. B) I gave them to him 1 hour before we were scheduled to leave. I noticed that it reduced his anxiety by about 50%. Without anything, he pants and shakes. With these Treatibles, he panted a little but no shaking. Really good improvement.
He loves to go places (today was a park out in the woods) but without something to calm him, just sends himself to a really rough mental and physical state, Thank you for making a product that calms Roo enough to get to a happy destination without being overly distraught.
My black Lab Emma will be 12 yrs. old next month (12/16). She came to us as a three month old puppy and lived all her life up until May of this year in one house. I sold the old house and moved. Emma did not initially adapt well to the new location, confining herself to a limited area of the new place. She would seek refuge in the bathrooms, sometimes actually crawling into the bathtub to sleep!
Quite by happenstance, I discovered Treatibles. The difference in her behaviour is remarkable.
If anyone has dog anxiety issues, I highly recommend Treatibles.
My one year old goldendoodle has separation anxiety and most of the calming treats I have tried don't really seem to work. I've watched him via a monitor destroy a majority of window blinds, carpets, doors, etc. because of his separation anxiety. I also didn't want to use prescribed medication as a solution. First day of taking this product lessened the anxiety my puppy felt. I watched him on the monitor after leaving and what typically takes him about 2-3 hours to calm himself down only took about 5 minutes after taking Treatibles!! I think I've finally found a healthy solution to alleviate his anxiety!!
We now have a winning routine, about a 15 minute bike ride in the morning with 2 large treats (my dog is 40llbs - so its a bit over) and my terror-ier mix has significantly less bad days. Our dog is high energy and has a bad case of separation anxiety, this has really reduced his anxiety overall and made leaving the house less of a headache for my wife.
awesome! dog enjoyed them :)
Love the product and love the new packaging as well! It really helps with her arthritis. We can go for longer hikes and manage to play catch again.
Me and da Scooter are havin a ball gittin high together!
Although we just started using Treatibles for our dogs, I think it's safe to say we swear by them. My sister's Saint Bernard was diagnosed with osteoarcoma in June 2015. It's an a aggressive and fatal form of bone cancer that is known to take the lives of large breed dogs. Well, here we are in November 2016 and the vets have no idea what is going on and neither do we. Our Saint, Lady, has been refusing to eat and started losing a significant amount of weight. We took her off the pharmaceutical meds and I bought her treatibles. Not only does it bring her appetite back and alleviate pain, but she also gets so playful and spunky like a puppy. I only wish they weren't so expensive, but it's definitely understandable and worth every penny.
My dog loves Treatables! They seem to calm him down quite a bit. I would love to receive emails for discounts on this product---especially for repeat purchasers. Thanks for a great product.
I have giant dogs and I have a Halloween haunted yard with people screaming and coming through and that's bones where perfect. They just layer on their beds and relaxed. Kinda small bones for my size dogs but it worked so no complaints
I have two dogs. One is 6 and has always disliked the car. Unfortunately we commute from NYC to VT almost every weekend, 4 1/2 hrs each way. I'm hoping this will help her relax. My other dog is 1 1/2. And is in heat for the second time. I can only say demons have possessed her for a few weeks. She is so driven by raging hormones we are all ready to lose our minds. I have her a treatable last night in hopes that it might quell the Demond temporarily! She weighs 35 lbs and I gave her one biscuit. I can't say that I saw a change but
Our shepherd mix has an insulinoma, a tumor of the pancreas that produces insulin and gives her chronic low blood sugar. She has frequent attacks where she falls over. She's had surgery, but it came back after a year. Treatibles helps with the seizures and her energy level. She peppy sometimes now. Now our proem is to get her toplay at appropriate times--not at 4 in the morning. She's 13 and she has arthritis, so this is a big deal.
our anxious puppy has transformed into a dog who loves to play, isn't terrified of strangers, not aggressive with men or children and he doesn't suffer from horrible separation anxiety anymore. These treats are a lifesaver.
Both of my fur babies love the blueberry as well as the pumpkin treats! These treatibles are definitely high quality and contain lots of good nutrition. I love the fact that they're not loaded with preservatives and other harmful chemicals. They have made a wonderful addition to my homemade organic, grain free treats and food. I would love to see another flavor added to the treatibles selection that has almond butter or hemp seed (or hemp seed butter) in place of the peanut butter. The incorporating of CBD into my 13 year senior fur baby's diet and holistic/herbal supplementation has been extremely helpful with his mobility and healing process since his torn ACL, which, due to his age, we (and his Vet) opted not to proceed with surgery. He's running around again on all fours!! Thank you Treatibles for a great product and super fast shipping!!
I have 2 rescues, 1 from 6 weeks old (Rover black lab mix) & 1 from 1 1/2 yrs old (Do-G brindle mix). Rover took to her new sister like she was one of her own. But I noticed Do-G had fear in her eyes. She was rescued from an abusive home, pregnant, the shelter gave her babies away and put her on "the list". I scooped her up in 24 hours and said she was now part of our pack. I have worked with her for over 2 years (fence jumping, people jumping, tail tucking, leash pulling, you name it - she has it). But she also has separation anxiety and inflammation that is causing her to lick her paw pads raw - and it is not due to allergies. So after changing her diet to mostly human food, adding in a few supplements, she started to do better, but not 100% - that is when I decided to give these CBD treats a try. I give her 2 treats before we go anywhere OR when we get back from our 4 mile walk - as these are the main times I notice she has issues. Her sister, on the other hand, gets them 30 mins prior to eating due to her food aggression - it calms her down enough not to growl while she eats if anyone is even in the room. I have been using these treats everyday for the past 2 weeks, and I have seen a major improvement in Rover with the food aggression, and Do-G is able to relax after our walks. As for the separation anxiety, it seems to calm her down as long as I give them to her at least 10 mins before we go anywhere. This prevents her from pacing back and forth in front of the window, she isn't a barker. They both LOVE the taste of the treats and gobble them up faster than any other treat I have given them before. I am so thankful to this company knowing that my animals are getting natural remedies vice pharmaceutical remedies. (Just a side note - I also treat my dogs to Essential Oil Therapy, Animal Reiki & Massage - so to say they aren't spoiled is an understatement, but I do not want my animals on medication for something that can be treated holistically!)
Incredible changes in my 14 yr old Cairn Terrier with Cushings disease, arthritic hips and knees. She is enjoying life and so much more mobile! She's a different dog. Bought both flavors , but started off with the pumpkin and she loves them. She hasn't tried the blueberry yet. Well worth the cost for the results! Anxious for our Vet to see the difference!
These treats work the best out of every product/supplement I have tried for various pet issues. However, I only give them to my hunting dog (GWP) for daily pain & calmness & occassionally for my other dog (Basenji mix) when he is injured. But my very old 3rd Lg. dog (Boxer Mix) started taking Tumeric capsules again daily & that has worked the best for his multiple and wide ranging issues.
My Golden Retriever likes only the pumpkin. I purchased this thinking he might like some variety, but he wasn't having it. We ended up putting peanut butter on them and he finally ate them.
Our 14 yr. old Maltese was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure November 2015. He takes multiple heart meds daily -- living far longer than expected. His issue is anxiety which is obviously not good for a heart condition. Last month we started giving an a.m. and p.m. biscuit daily. We've seen a SIGNIFICANT reduction in his hyperventilating reducing the need for oxygen treatments. We have noticed his breathing is MUCH slower and calmer. He is putting on weight after getting really thin. All in all his quality of life has noticeably improved. Nothing else has changed other than the biscuits. Our 17 yr. old Malinois has severe elbow problems who we started giving the Large treats at the same time. Her mobility and pain reduction is very noticeable. We JUST ordered two more bags of the large and small biscuits and expect to continue. Thank you very much for this wonderful product helping to improve the lives of our dogs.
I was skeptical when I ordered the treats but my dog was in so much pain that I ordered them anyway. He is 14 years old and my wife rescued him off the side of the road 10 years ago. His hips are almost gone but he is very happy and eats like a horse if we let him.
The first thing I noticed when we gave him the treats was that his panting got better. I think he panted from the pain. The second thing we figured out was that these were good bedtime treats and now he sleeps all night. Now he can go to the front porch and sit on his perch and watch the world go by. I think these treats will give us a few more months with Harley. (his name is Harley because he had on a Harley-Davidson collar when we picked him up) Thank you for giving us more time with Harley!
My dog has anxiety issues and many things bother him more than it should (loud noises, car rides, other dogs, rain, etc). We've tried other medications our vet suggested put nothing really helped much. After reading an article about Treatibles in the New York Times I ordered them the minute I read the article. At first, I thought we would have issues giving the treats to him as he didn't seem to like the taste, but after putting the treats in the refrigerator we tried again and he loved them without resorting to smothering them with cat food. We gave him the treats and waited for 30 minutes before going out to the dog park. It was like night and day. He was calm, let other dogs come up to him without growling and seemed to actually enjoy himself. These treats have been a godsend to all of us. Next week we will go on a 4-hour car ride and, hopefully, the treats won't make him feel like it's 4 hours of torture.
I have a 100 lb Bernese Mt Dog who has been suffering from shoulder tendonitis. We have tried all kinds of stuff. He is currently being seen by a canine fitness coach. He has been on the treats for a week now. Just one biscuit. Still trying to figure out the best dosage for him. She was impressed with how much they have been helping him. Hopefully, I can keep him at the low dose because they are a bit pricy but worth it if I have to go up a bit. He loves the biscuits. I had to write medicine on the bag so my husband didn't hand them out like treats lol
I tried these treats for the 1st time. I have four doxies and the one is very fussy. They all loved them. In fact they know where I keep them and begged for more.
We had a terrible thunder storm. My one dog, Wendy, chews her paws raw when there is a bad storm. She actually relaxed in my arms and I was able to lay her next to me. This is a first! I've tried everything with her. But one treat and she was this relaxed. The fact that these don't bother my dogs allergies is great. I am amazed and pleased.
Thank you for the fast service also. The package arrived in 3 days. Great product and service. I will definitely order from you again.
I bought blueberry and the pumpkin for my 60lb rescue dog. New to city life- he had a lot of anxiety and fear with the noises and surprises of home and outside. I give him 2 biscuits in the morning and he gobbles them right up. They don't make him loopy or zonked out like some of the other "calming" treat products I've tried with him. With the help of training and positive reinforcement ( and of course the treats) he's made tremendous strides in the last 3 weeks. I even took a nibble and they are really tasty! Just wish they weren't so pricy .
